$60 per session (45 mins) All suburbs. Includes travel costs.

Private one-on-one coaching sessions either in person or via Skype. Discover your personal vision of health and fitness and then work on weekly goal-setting and receive guidance and motivation on how to achieve your ultimate wellness dream.

$95 per session (1 hour)
